If you receive below email then do NOT response on it. It is send from a AOL email. The link from this email from the BBB logo was going to :

(An hacked Wordpress website)

They also send checks and try to get you into doing a survey. The check is NOT covered.
You need to send them money back. Minus a fee. But because the check is not covered. You loose all your money that you send back to them.

P.S. Pinecone Research is an existing company, and is NOT involved in this. The email is not from them.
